TURKISH KURU FASULYE (COOKED IN GUVEC)

  • 2 CUPS BEANS (NAVY,DRY)
  • 1 ONION (if onion is small,use 2 onions)
  • HALF TEA CUP OF OLIVE OIL ( turkish tea class)
  • 1 PAPRIKA
  • 2 PIECES GREEN PEPPER
  • 2 SPOONS TOMATO PASTE (SALÇA)
  • SALT

The night before, put the dry beans in a large bowl and cover them generously with water. Let them soak overnight.

After,roast the onion with tomato paste and olive oil.

Add paprika and green pepper.

And then add boiled water over all.

Cook for 1 hour in güveç.

And CONGRATULATIONS,you cooked delicious turkish kuru fasulye.
